I run outbound end to end: domain and inbox provisioning, warmup, deliverability monitoring, list building, enrichment, copywriting, sequencing and reply handling. The top lanes on the homepage are this engine working.

Results

Between March and October 2026 it sent 120K cold emails to 52K leads across Australian, New Zealand, Dutch and UAE markets. That earned 999 replies (1.9% of leads, excluding auto-replies), 351 opportunities and $54.8K in tracked pipeline.

How it’s built

  • Lists from public data. A lead-sourcing pipeline scrapes, finds emails, verifies them and sends to outreach: 80,036 leads in 25 lists, backed by 142K contact points. Sources include public registries (NDIS, Australia’s MARA, New Zealand’s REAA), Google Business Profile scrapes with Python and Apify, and niche directories.
  • Enrichment at a fraction of Claygent’s cost. Enrichment Bot is an internal tool that runs AI enrichment at scale.
  • Deliverability. Rotating lookalike sending domains, rolling out SPF, DKIM and DMARC, diagnosing blacklists and SURBL listings, retiring underperforming domains, and verifying emails with MillionVerifier. Reputation Checker, another internal tool, monitors every sending domain against about 74 DNSBL blacklists.
  • Cost. Moving inbox provisioning from Instantly ($5 per account) to a dedicated inbox vendor ($3.50 per account) cut per-inbox cost by about 30%. The whole sending stack runs at about $525 a month.
  • A phone channel. Cold calling on Close CRM for a part-time caller made 480 calls to 138 email-campaign leads in the first two weeks. Every recorded call is transcribed and logged on the lead’s timeline, and 2 paid Featured sales closed by phone.
  • Open source. A Python SDK for the Instantly.ai API: pip install instantlyai.

Dutch-language outbound to Dutch SMBs, with landing pages at exprtec.com/nl, showed how much the angle matters: the best one hit a 7.4% reply rate against 1.1% for the weakest.
