ndisprovider.review lists Australian NDIS providers, built from the public register. Providers can claim their profile for free and upgrade to a Featured listing for $50 a month.
The funnel
- Claim first, upsell later. Cold claim sequences went to 16.9K provider contacts and drew 378 replies. A claim campaign to 11.5K providers turned 117 into verified, self-managed profiles. A few days after claiming, providers get the Featured upsell. Nine upgraded, and 7 active subscribers now pay A$420 a month.
- Self-serve conversion. A magic-link claim flow, Stripe billing, and Postmark lifecycle email: a 15-email, 30-day welcome sequence, with more than 1,300 lifecycle emails sent. An embeddable verified-provider badge is served by a Cloudflare Worker.
- A WordPress plugin. TrustCard for NDIS Providers, on WordPress.org, lets providers embed their listing, rating and badge with three shortcodes. Every install is a backlink and a referral source.
Programmatic SEO and GEO
Geo landing pages, JSON-LD structured data, and sitemap and indexing fixes. A dynamic noindex threshold cut about 100K thin pages down to about 10K crawlable pages worth indexing.
After that overhaul, organic clicks grew 37×, from 24 to 881 per 28 days. Impressions rose 9.7× to 123K, average position improved from 69 to 36, and Ahrefs Domain Rating reached 28. For visibility in AI search, the directory also has Wikidata entries, social profiles, a LinkedIn page and an AI-produced YouTube channel.
