Every cold email, reply, call, text and nurture email lands in one append-only touches table. That gives one timeline per lead, whichever tool the touch came from. The REPLIES and AUTOMATIONS lanes on the homepage are read from this platform’s database.
Scheduled automations
A queue-driven worker runs the jobs on a schedule:
- Instantly campaign, account and touch sync every 30 minutes
- Hand-offs between claim sequences (T1 to T2)
- Marking won deals and blocking bounced addresses
- Daily mirrors of the NDIS and MARA directories
- Transcribing recorded calls into the lead’s timeline
- Daily KPI snapshots from Search Console, Bing, Ahrefs, Clarity, Stripe and YouTube
Stack: FastAPI, a React front end, PostgreSQL, a Playwright-capable worker, Docker on a VPS.
